Tech-Enhanced Vegan Burger with Bioengineered Toppings

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the lab-grown plant-based protein, nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, cayenne pepper, soy sauce, and olive oil. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

2.Add the finely chopped bioengineered mushrooms to the mixture and gently fold them in until evenly distributed.

3.Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1/2 inch thick.

4.Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

5.While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the whole grain burger buns in a separate pan or toaster until they are golden and crisp.
