Honey Mustard Baked Chicken Breasts

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined to create the honey mustard glaze.

3.Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey mustard glaze over them, ensuring they are evenly coated on all sides.

4.Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

5.After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

6.Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

7.Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
