D.Va's Mech Macaroni and Cheese

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2.In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3.In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, whisk in the flour and cook for about 1 minute until it forms a roux.

4.Gradually add the milk to the roux, whisking constantly to avoid lumps. Continue to cook until the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.

5.Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.

6.Remove the pot from heat and add the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheeses are completely melted and the sauce is smooth.

7.Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix well until all the pasta is coated with the creamy cheese mixture.

8.If desired, transfer the macaroni and cheese to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for a crunchy texture.

9.Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
