Spicy Korean Maggi Delight

1.In a medium saucepan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.

2.Add the garlic ginger paste and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

3.Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they are slightly tender.

4.Pour in the water and bring it to a boil.

5.Once boiling, add the Maggi noodles and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6.Add the tomato sauce, Schezwan chutney, chili powder, and salt to the noodles. Mix well to combine all the flavors.

7.Continue to cook for another 2 minutes or until the noodles are fully cooked and the sauce has thickened to your liking.

8.Remove from heat and let it sit for a minute to cool slightly.

9.Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
