Savory Steak Bites with Tomato Glaze

1.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

2.Season the beef steak pieces with salt and black pepper.

3.Add the steak bites to the skillet and sear them for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are browned and cooked to your desired doneness.

4.While the steak is cooking, in a small saucepan, combine the tomato sauce and sugar. Stir well and bring to a simmer over low heat, allowing it to thicken slightly for about 5 minutes.

5.Once the steak bites are cooked, remove them from the skillet and set aside.

6.In the same skillet, add the trimmed green beans and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.

7.Return the steak bites to the skillet with the green beans and pour the tomato glaze over the top. Toss everything together to coat the steak and beans evenly with the sauce.

8.Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat everything through.

9.Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
