Meat and Zucchini Casserole with Olive Oil

1.Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.Grate the zucchini and finely chop the onion.

3.In a large bowl, combine the minced meat, grated zucchini, chopped onion, eggs, and chopped greens.

4.Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.

5.Grease a baking dish with olive oil.

6.Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.

7.Drizzle a little olive oil on top of the mixture for added flavor.

8.Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is cooked through.

9.Let it cool slightly before serving.
