Creamy Egg and Onion Pasta Bake

1.Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3.In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they are soft and golden brown, about 10 minutes.

4.Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

5.In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, red chili sauce, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

6.Add the cooked pasta, sautéed onions and garlic, and half of the grated cheese to the egg mixture. Stir gently until everything is evenly coated.

7.Transfer the pasta mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.

8.Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

9.Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
