Grilled Corn Skewers with Spicy Marinade

3.Thread the corn pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers, about 3-4 pieces per skewer, ensuring they are secure but not too tightly packed.

4.Brush each corn skewer generously with the spicy marinade, making sure all sides are coated.

5.Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Cook for about 12-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes and brushing with additional marinade each time to build up a flavorful glaze.

6.Grill until the corn is tender and charred in spots, indicating a smoky flavor has developed.

7.Remove from the grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

8.Serve the grilled corn skewers hot, optionally garnished with chopped fresh cilantro or a squeeze of extra lime juice for brightness.
