4.Lightly grease the basket or tray of your air fryer with melted butter or cooking spray.

5.Arrange the soaked bread cubes snugly in a single layer within the air fryer basket, ensuring they are packed enough to hold their shape but not overly compressed.

6.Brush the tops of the bread cubes lightly with any remaining melted butter and sprinkle generously with extra granulated sugar.

7.Air fry at 175°C (350°F) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the egg cups are set, golden brown on top, and slightly caramelized.

8.Carefully remove from the air fryer and serve warm. These are best enjoyed immediately.
