Air Fryer Salmon Fillets with Lemon-Dill Glaze

1.Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and brush them lightly with olive oil.

2.In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then rub the seasoning evenly over the flesh side of the salmon.

3.Preheat your air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.

4.Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

5.While the salmon cooks, whisk together the melted butter, lemon juice, chopped dill, and honey in a small bowl.

6.Once the salmon is cooked, brush the lemon-dill glaze generously over the top of the fillets and serve immediately.
