Ice Cream Stuffed Onions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

2.Cut the top off the onion and carefully remove the inner layers, creating a hollow space. Save the inner layers for later use.

3.In a bowl, mix together the ice cream, minced garlic, lemon zest, lime zest, ground meat, preprocessed meat, cooked rice, and salt.

4.Fill the hollowed onion with the ice cream mixture. Replace the top of the onion.

5.Place the stuffed onion in a baking dish and add the saved onion layers around it.

6.Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

7.While the onion is baking, prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan, combine the finely chopped blue onion, red onion, and sugar syrup. Cook over medium heat until the onions are soft and the sauce thickens slightly. Set aside.

8.Remove the foil from the baking dish and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes, or until the onion is tender and the ice cream stuffing is heated through.

9.Serve the stuffed onion on a plate, drizzled with the prepared sauce. Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder and a pinch of salt.
