Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwich

1.Preheat a pan or griddle over medium heat.

2.Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.

3.Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on the unbuttered side of one slice of bread.

4.Top with another bread slice, buttered side up.

5.Repeat with the remaining bread, ham, and cheese to make 2 sandwiches.

6.Place the sandwiches in the preheated pan or griddle.

7.Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

8.Remove from the pan and let cool for a few minutes.

9.Slice in half and serve warm.
