Burger Patty In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, parsley, green onions, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

Burger Patty Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

Burger Patty Form the mixture into four equal-sized patties.

Cooking Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and lightly oil the surface.

Cooking Cook the burger patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and heated through.

Remoulade Sauce While the patties are cooking, prepare the remoulade sauce. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, capers, cornichons, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.

Assembly Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.

Assembly Spread a generous amount of remoulade sauce on the bottom half of each bun.

Assembly Place a crab patty on top of the sauce, then add lettuce, tomato slices, red onion slices, and pickles.

Assembly Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
