Miso-Glazed Pork Chops

Prepare the marinade In a small bowl, whisk together the white miso paste, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and soy sauce.

Marinate the pork chops Place the pork chops in a shallow dish or resealable bag, and pour the marinade over them. Make sure all sides are well-coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for maximum flavor.

Preheat the grill Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove the pork chops from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off.

Grill the pork chops Grill the pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Serve the pork chops Transfer the pork chops to a serving plate and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
