Sausage and Tomato Skillet

Step 1 Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Step 2 Add sausages to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.

Step 3 Remove the sausages from the skillet and set aside.

Step 4 In the same skillet, add celery and parsley. Cook until softened.

Step 5 Add tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they release their juices.

Step 6 Return the sausages to the skillet and mix everything together.

Step 7 In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and eggs.

Step 8 Pour the milk and egg mixture over the sausages and vegetables in the skillet.

Step 9 Cook until the mixture sets and the eggs are fully cooked.

Step 10 Sprinkle cheese on top and let it melt.

Step 11 Serve hot and enjoy!
