Pistachio & Strawberry Chocolate Meatballs over Spaghetti

Preparing the meatballs In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, finely chopped pistachios, finely chopped dark chocolate, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly combined. Form the mixture into small round meatballs.

Cooking the meatballs Heat a skillet over medium heat and add meatballs. Cook, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove meatballs from the skillet and set aside.

Preparing the strawberry topping In a small bowl, combine diced strawberries, balsamic vinegar, and sugar. Let sit for at least 10 minutes to marinate.
