Cooking the Polenta Base In a saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil. Gradually whisk in the polenta. Cook according to package instructions. Stir in Cheddar cheese, butter, and garlic powder until smooth.

Assembling the Dish Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish. Spread the cooked polenta evenly as the base layer. Top with the marinated chicken fillets. Spread the creamy cottage cheese mixture over the chicken.

Baking the Dish Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
