Sesame Crusted Dory Fish

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2.In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of Sesame Oil, 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil, 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce, and a dash of Salt and Pepper.

3.Place the Dory Fish fillets on the lined baking sheet.

4.Brush the fish fillets with the prepared oil mixture, making sure to coat them evenly.

5.In a separate bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil, 1 tablespoon of Chilli Oil, and 1 tablespoon of melted Butter.

6.Brush the fish fillets with the second oil mixture, ensuring full coverage.

7.Sprinkle the fillets generously with Sesame Seeds, pressing them lightly to adhere to the fish.

8.Bake the Dory Fish in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden and crispy.

9.Serve hot with a side of steamed rice or a fresh salad.
