Spinach Chicken Skillet

1.Heat a skillet over medium heat.

2.Add diced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

3.Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and set aside.

4.In the same skillet, add chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

5.Add diced tomato to the skillet and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.

6.Stir in spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.

7.Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the empty space.

8.Cook the eggs to your desired doneness, either scrambled or sunny side up.

9.Once the eggs are cooked, mix everything together in the skillet, including the chicken.

10.Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
