Cheesy Tomato Galette

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and a pinch of salt. Add the cold water gradually and mix until a dough forms.

3.Roll out the dough on a floured surface to form a circle about 12 inches in diameter.

4.Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

5.Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the dough, leaving a border of about 2 inches.

6.Arrange the sliced tomatoes on top of the cheese layer.

7.Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the tomatoes.

8.Season the galette with the assorted spices according to your preference.

9.Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, creating a rustic border.

10.Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

11.Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
