Curried Mince Meat with Crème Fraîche

1.Place the onion and garlic in the Thermomix bowl. Chop for 5 seconds on speed 5.

2.Scrape down the sides of the bowl, add olive oil, and sauté for 3 minutes at 100°C on speed 1.

3.Add the mince meat to the Thermomix bowl. Cook for 8 minutes at 100°C on reverse speed soft, until browned.

4.Add the curry powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric, and paprika. Cook for 2 minutes at 100°C on reverse speed soft to release the spices' flavors.

5.Add the tomato paste and beef or vegetable stock. Cook for 10 minutes at 100°C on reverse speed soft, until the mixture is well combined and slightly thickened.

6.Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7.Stir in the crème fraîche and cook for an additional 2 minutes at 100°C on reverse speed soft.

8.Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves if desired.
