Christmas Laddos

1.In a pan, heat ghee over low heat and add desiccated coconut. Roast the coconut until it turns light golden brown, stirring continuously to avoid burning.

2.Add condensed milk, chopped nuts, cardamom powder, dried cranberries, and raisins to the pan. Mix well to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.

3.Cook the mixture on low heat, stirring continuously, until it thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan. This should take about 10-15 minutes.

4.Remove the mixture from heat and allow it to cool slightly. Once it is cool enough to handle, grease your hands with ghee and shape the mixture into small round laddos.

5.Garnish the laddos with silver edible foil for a festive touch. Let the laddos cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
