Festive Cranberry Orange Relish

1.Rinse the fresh cranberries under cold water and drain.

2.In a food processor, combine the cranberries, peeled and segmented orange, and sugar. Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped but still has some texture, scraping down the sides as needed.

3.Transfer the cranberry orange mixture to a bowl and stir in the chopped pecans and fresh mint leaves until well combined.

4.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together before serving.

5.Serve the festive cranberry orange relish as a side dish or topping for roasted meats or holiday dishes. Enjoy!
