Savory Beef and Potato Skillet

1.In a small pan, melt the butter over medium heat.

3.Add the ground beef to the pan, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

4.Stir in the diced potatoes, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine all ingredients.

5.Cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat to low. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender and cooked through.
