Chocolate Banana Oat Delight

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2.In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.

3.Add the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, milk, cocoa powder, and half of the chocolate chips to the mashed banana. Mix well until all ingredients are combined into a thick batter.

4.Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the batter into the dish, spreading it evenly.

5.Sprinkle the crushed rice cookies on top of the batter for added crunch.

6.Chop the chocolate bar into small pieces and sprinkle them along with the remaining chocolate chips over the top of the batter.

7.Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are firm and the center is set.

8.Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares or bars.

9.Serve warm or chilled, topped with a dollop of Greek yogurt if desired.
