Stir-Fried Cabbage and Squid Delight

1.Heat a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat and add the sesame oil.

2.Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan, stirring quickly for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

3.Add the squid rings to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn opaque and are cooked through. Remove the squid from the pan and set aside.

4.In the same pan, add the sliced cabbage and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until it starts to wilt but still retains some crunch.

5.Return the cooked squid to the pan with the cabbage.

6.Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, and add the sliced red chili if using. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

7.Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

8.Finally, sprinkle the chopped green onions over the dish and give it a final stir before serving.
