Cheesy Pickle Lasagna Delight

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3.In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

4.Lightly grease a pickle-shaped baking dish with olive oil.

5.Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the dish.

6.Place a layer of lasagna noodles over the sauce, trimming them to fit the pickle shape if necessary.

7.Spread a layer of the cheese mixture over the noodles, followed by a layer of sliced pickles.

8.Repeat the layering process: noodles, cheese mixture, pickles, and marinara sauce until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of noodles topped with marinara sauce.

9.Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and cheddar cheese over the top layer of sauce.

10.Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

11.Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

12.Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing.

13.Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
