Milk and Biscuit Trifle Extravaganza

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip the mixture using an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Set aside.

2.In a shallow dish, pour the whole milk. Quickly dip each bourbon biscuit into the milk, ensuring they are soaked but not falling apart. Layer the soaked biscuits at the bottom of a large trifle dish or individual serving glasses.

3.Next, add a layer of the whipped cream mixture over the biscuits, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

4.Repeat the process by dipping the good day biscuits in the milk and layering them on top of the whipped cream.

5.Add another layer of whipped cream on top of the good day biscuits, smoothing it out.

6.Continue layering the bourbon and good day biscuits, alternating between the two, until all biscuits and whipped cream are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.

7.Refrigerate the trifle for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the biscuits to soften.
