Spicy Jollof Noodles Delight

1.Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.

2.Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

3.Stir in the tomato paste and cook for another 2-3 minutes until it is well combined and fragrant.

4.Add the water to the pot and bring to a boil.

5.Once boiling, add the seasoning from the noodles, cayenne pepper, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

6.Add the Indomie noodles to the pot and cook according to the package instructions, usually about 3-4 minutes.

7.Stir occasionally to ensure the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce and cooked through.

8.Once the noodles are cooked, remove from heat and let sit for a minute to absorb any excess sauce.

9.Serve hot, garnished with additional herbs or sliced vegetables if desired.
