Spicy Soya Chunks Delight

1.In a bowl, soak the soya chunks in hot water for about 15 minutes until they become soft. Drain and squeeze out excess water.

2.In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, chili sauce, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.

3.Add the soaked soya chunks to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to absorb.

4.Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they become translucent.

5.Add the slit green chilies and sauté for another minute.

6.Add the marinated soya chunks to the pan and stir-fry on high heat for about 5-7 minutes, allowing them to get a nice char and absorb the flavors.

7.Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. If you prefer it spicier, you can add more chili sauce or red chili powder.

8.Once cooked, remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
