Biscoff S'mores Bars

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Mix well to combine.

3.Pour in the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is well combined and resembles a thick dough.

4.Press about two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, creating an even layer.

5.Spread the Biscoff spread evenly over the pressed crust, ensuring it covers the entire surface.

6.Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the Biscoff layer, followed by the mini marshmallows, distributing them evenly.

7.Take the remaining dough mixture and crumble it over the marshmallows, covering as much of the surface as possible.

8.Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the marshmallows are gooey.

9.Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before lifting out using the parchment paper. Let cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into bars.
