Fluffy Herb Omelette Delight

1.In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add the milk, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until the mixture is light and frothy.

2.Add the chopped parsley, chives, and basil to the egg mixture and gently fold them in until evenly distributed.

3.Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter, allowing it to melt and coat the bottom of the pan.

4.Once the butter is sizzling, pour the egg mixture into the skillet, tilting the pan to ensure the eggs spread evenly.
