Lettuce Wraps with Carrot Slaw and Spicy Peanut Sauce

4.Toss the carrot slaw with about half of the spicy peanut sauce until well coated. Reserve the remaining sauce for serving.

5.To assemble, spoon a generous amount of the carrot slaw into each lettuce leaf, drizzle with additional spicy peanut sauce, and sprinkle with chopped roasted peanuts for crunch.
