cosmic brownies

1.start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees, then get a large mixing bowl and start mixing your butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, and coco powder. then in a small bowl, combine your flour, cornstarch, salt, and then combine into the large bowl. mix all together and add some chocolate chips if you want. then get your tray and grease it or use parchment paper. bake for 18-20 mins.

2.wile its baking, heat up your heavy cream on a low-heat sausepan. then in a large bowl add your chocolate chips and a pinch of salt. then pour in your hot heavy cream into the chocolate bowl. mix and combine untill you make a yummy ganache.

3.after bake, take out brownies and instantly pour on top, your ganache. then spreaad it around till its leavel and thick. then sprinkle on your mini m&ms.

4.then put the sray in the fridge untill top layer is cool. then cut, and enjoy:)
