Beef, Vegetable, Rice and Pasta Stir-fry

1.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2.While the pasta cooks, heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef slices and sear until browned on all sides. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

3.In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Add the sliced onions and carrots, sautéing for 4-5 minutes until they begin to soften.

4.Add the bell pepper strips to the skillet and continue to cook for another 3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

5.Return the cooked beef to the skillet. Add the cooked pasta and the cooked rice. Season with sugar, salt, and food coloring.

6.Toss everything together over high heat for 2-3 minutes to ensure the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is heated through.

7.Serve the beef, vegetable, rice, and pasta stir-fry immediately in shallow bowls.
