Classic Honey-Lime Fruit Salad

1.In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, fresh lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract until the honey is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.

2.Prepare the fruit by washing and drying the berries and grapes thoroughly. Cut the strawberries and grapes as indicated and scoop or cube the cantaloupe.

3.Place all the prepared fruit into a large mixing bowl.

4.Drizzle the honey-lime glaze evenly over the fruit.

5.Gently toss the fruit with a large spoon or spatula until every piece is lightly coated with the dressing, being careful not to crush the delicate berries.

6.Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld before serving.
