Classic Reuben Sandwich

Russian Dressing In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined. Set aside.

Butter Spread In another bowl, combine the softened butter with garlic powder until smooth. Set aside.

Assembling the Sandwich Spread the Russian dressing on 4 slices of rye bread. Top each with 2 slices of Swiss cheese. Divide the corned beef equally over the cheese. Add the sauerkraut on top of the corned beef. Spread the butter mixture on the remaining 4 slices of rye bread and place them butter side up on the sandwiches.

Cooking the Sandwich Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place the assembled sandwiches in the skillet and cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
