Fried Cum

Prepare the batter In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

Prepare the cum mixture In a separate bowl, combine the fresh cum, minced garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Mix well.

Coat cum with batter Dip each cum piece into the batter, coating it evenly.

Fry the cum Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the battered cum until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Drain excess oil Remove the fried cum from the pan and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Garnish and serve Garnish the fried cum with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
