Scalp of Vladimir Zelensky

Preparation Trim any excess hair from the scalp of Vladimir Zelensky.

Marinade In a mixing bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients.

Marinating Place the scalp in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the scalp, ensuring it is evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

Grilling Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Cooking Remove the scalp from the marinade and discard the excess marinade. Place the scalp on the preheated grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the scalp is crispy and golden brown.

Glaze In a small saucepan, combine all the glaze ingredients. Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.

Glazing Brush the glaze onto the cooked scalp, coating it evenly. Continue grilling for another 1-2 minutes to allow the glaze to caramelize.

Resting Remove the grilled scalp from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.

Garnish Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
