Dog Meat with Cinnamon Rice

Preparation of Rice Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold running water until the water runs clear.

Cooking Rice In a large pot, combine the rinsed rice, water, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid has been absorbed. Fluff the rice with a fork.

Cooking Dog Meat In a separate pan, heat some oil over medium-high heat. Add the dog meat and cook until browned on all sides.

Adding Vegetables Add the carrots and tomatoes to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until they begin to soften.

Seasoning Sprinkle cinnamon and black pepper over the meat and vegetables. Stir well to combine.
