Strawberry Tiramisu

Prepare the Strawberry Filling In a medium bowl, combine the sliced strawberries with 50 grams of sugar. Mix well and set aside to macerate for about 10 minutes.

Make the Mascarpone Cream In another bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese and 50 grams of sugar until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.

Prepare the Coffee Soaking Syrup In a shallow dish, combine the strong coffee with 50 grams of sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Assemble the Tiramisu Dip each ladyfinger or sponge cake into the coffee soaking syrup, making sure to coat both sides. Arrange half of the soaked ladyfingers in a single layer in the bottom of a serving dish.

Layer the Filling Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the soaked ladyfingers, then top with half of the macerated strawberries.

Continue Layering Repeat the layers with the remaining soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and strawberries.

Chill and Serve Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld together.

Optional Garnish Before serving, garnish with additional sliced strawberries, if desired.
