Fried Garlic Toast with Beer

Step 1 Toast the bread slices until golden brown.

Step 2 In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, olive oil, and salt.

Step 3 Spread the garlic mixture evenly over one side of each bread slice.

Step 4 Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and place the bread slices, garlic side down, in the pan.

Step 5 Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the garlic side is crispy and golden brown.

Step 6 Flip the bread slices and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side.

Step 7 Remove the fried garlic toast from the pan and serve hot with a cold bottle of beer.
