Coffee Vodka Infused Buckwheat Crackers

Prepare the Cracker Dough In a large bowl, combine the buckwheat groats, all-purpose flour, ground coffee, vodka, water, honey, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well until a dough forms.

Make the Dipping Sauce While the crackers are baking, prepare the dipping sauce by combining sour cream, chopped fresh dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix well.
