Mozzarella Salami Pasta

1.Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.

2.While the pasta is cooking, slice the mozzarella cheese and salami into thin strips.

3.In a large pan, heat some olive oil over medium heat.

4.Add the sliced salami to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly crispy.

5.Add the olives and chili pepper to the pan and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

6.Add the tomato sauce and barbecue sauce to the pan and stir well to combine.

7.Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes to heat through.

8.Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the pan with the sauce.

9.Toss the pasta and sauce together until well coated.

10.Add the sliced mozzarella cheese to the pan and stir gently to melt the cheese.

11.Serve the mozzarella salami pasta hot and enjoy!
