Creamy Sausage and Courgette Pasta

Preparation 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. 2. Slice the sausages, courgettes, onion, and garlic finely.

Cooking 1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. 2. Add the sliced sausages and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. 3. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes. 4. Toss in the courgettes and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes. 5. Stir in the cooked pasta and sour cream. 6. Season with salt and pepper, and stir well to combine. 7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Serving 1. Garnish with fresh parsley. 2. Serve hot and enjoy this creamy sausage and courgette pasta!
