Roasted Cauliflower Steaks with Herb Sauce

Preparing the Oven Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Preparing the Cauliflower Rinse the cauliflower head and carefully cut it into thick steaks, approximately 3/4 inch thick. Try to keep the steaks intact as much as possible.

Arranging the Steaks Arrange the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Making the Seasoning In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Seasoning the Steaks Brush each cauliflower steak evenly with the olive oil mixture.

Roasting Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and the edges are crispy and golden.

Preparing the Herb Sauce While the cauliflower steaks are roasting, prepare the herb sauce. In a small bowl, combine the parsley, cilantro, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.

Serving Once the cauliflower steaks are done, transfer them to serving plates.

Finishing Touches Drizzle the herb sauce over the steaks just before serving.
