Spiced Egg-Crusted Chicken Breasts

1.Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2.In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and fresh cream until well combined.

3.Add the garam masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Whisk until all the spices are fully incorporated.

4.Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the spiced egg wash over them, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

5.In a separate plate, spread the breadcrumbs evenly. Take each marinated chicken breast and coat it in the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to ensure they stick well.

6.Arrange the breaded chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

7.Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.

8.Once done, remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.

9.Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
