Honey Roasted Pear with Vanilla Ice Cream

Preparation 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Pears 2. Wash the pears and slice them in half. Remove the cores and seeds.

Roasting the Pears 3. Place the pear halves, cut side up, in a baking dish. Drizzle honey over the pears and dot with butter. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Roast the pears in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until they are tender and caramelized. undefined

Optional Sprinkle chopped walnuts over the pears during the last 5 minutes of roasting.

Serving 6. Serve the warm roasted pears with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
