Vodka Infused Watermelon

Preparation Cut off a small portion from the bottom of the watermelon to create a stable base. This will prevent it from rolling around.

Preparation Slice off the top of the watermelon to create a wide opening. Make sure it's large enough for easy access to the inside.

Preparation Using a large spoon or melon baller, carefully scoop out the flesh of the watermelon, creating a hollow cavity inside. Reserve the flesh for serving alongside the infused watermelon, if desired.

Infusion Process Pour the vodka into the hollowed-out watermelon, allowing it to soak into the flesh. You can add more or less vodka depending on your preference for the strength of the infusion.

Infusion Process Cover the watermelon with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, allowing the vodka to penetrate the watermelon and infuse it with boozy goodness.

Serving Once the watermelon has soaked up the vodka, remove it from the fridge and slice it into wedges or cubes for serving. Enjoy the refreshing and intoxicating vodka-infused watermelon!
