Fudgy Jaggery Brownies

Preparing the Batter 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.

2.In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, jaggery powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

3.Add water and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until the batter is smooth and well combined.

4.If desired, fold in chopped nuts for added texture.

Baking the Brownies 5. Pour the batter into the greased baking pan, spreading it evenly.

6.Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.

7.Remove from the oven and allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting into squares.

Optional 8. Serve the jaggery brownies with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a delightful treat.
